Meditation is the art of cultivating present moment awareness. We can make the choice to be fully here, fully present in the moment. Sitting based meditation practice can enable us to experience deep stillness. The Meditation Morning Retreat will comprise of extended seated meditations and an atmosphere of silence.
In this morning retreat, we will have the opportunity to experience an extended Kundalini meditation and a guided meditation with a journaling exercise. The session will include periods of sitting, guidance on meditation and the opportunity to ask questions.

This workshop will be led by Jackie Dorrian and Julie Bladon. Suitable for all abilities, beginners are welcome. Refreshments will be provided. We ask if all students could arrive 15 minutes beforehand, as the workshop will start promptly.
