Cancellation Terms For Weekly Classes
Term bookings are valid for the term dates booked only. If you are unable to make any of the sessions it is possible to transfer to alternative classes in the schedule (space dependant) that take place during the same term. If you are unable to make all or most of the classes in the term it is advisable to attend classes as a Drop In student.
Cancellation Terms for Workshops
For any cancellation of workshops, there will be no refund or transfer unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. With sufficient notice (7 days before) it is possible to arrange a transfer to an alternative workshop date.
If the workshop is cancelled you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative event.
Refunds via Paypal
Following Paypal’s recent change to their T&Cs, any refunds requested via my online booking system will have the Paypal fee deducted as Paypal no longer return the fee on all transactions (March 2020).
