We aim to process your order in a timely manner. You will receive a confirmation email to notify you when your orders has been dispatched.

Some products may be packaged and shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times.

We are currently shipping to UK only. Shipping can take 3-4 working days on average.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under these circumstances.

We offer a refund on any full-priced items purchased. The items must be returned in perfect condition; unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. We are unable to refund the initial postage costs and return postage costs need to be covered by the customer. Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items.

How to make a return or exchange:

1. Email info@juliebladon.com for a returns authorisation and a returns form.
2. Place the completed form with the items confirming if you would like an exchange or refund
3. Return to the postal address provided on the returns email & returns form.
