Join us for this online workshop dedicated to self care. It is so important to think about what we need to feel whole, centred and balanced. It can be difficult to carve out self care time particularly when life is busy, stressful, the constant distractions and the call to support others. Do you take time to recharge and give back to yourself?
In this session we will explore ways that we can nourish and support ourselves. We will provide a nurturing space to experience yoga and self care practices, open up enquiry to what you personally require for your self care, take time to explore different choices and new ways of being.
We have decided to move this workshop online due to the logistics of travel to the workshop venue and the current social distancing limitation on student numbers.
The session will include kundalini yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, rest, discussion and exploration of self care practices.
This workshop will be led by Jackie Dorrian and Julie Bladon. Suitable for all abilities, beginners are welcome.
