Is this a free app?
The Everyday Meditation App is free to download. We have a 7 day free trial that gives you full access to experience all the meditations that are available.
After your 7 day trial, if you would like to keep practicing you will need to subscribe to the premium subscription.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
How often are new guided meditations added?
We add new meditations to the app monthly. I’m adding new content to the app to help you in your meditation and relaxation practice. If you have any specific requests, just let me know!
As soon as we have a new meditation available, we will upload it ASAP!

Everyone will have their own personal profile on the app.
Your profile will track:

- Journey Tracker that shows you which meditations you’ve completed on which day.

What kind of equipment will I need?
You do not need any special equipment or a fancy meditation space. This practice is fully accessible and you can develop a meditation practice in your own way.

Yoga Sleep for Children
Our 5 ½ year old daughter (who has sleep issues due as she is unable to allow her brain to relax) listens to it every night , and it has really helped her to calm down at bedtime. We can see a real positive change, and she is often less frantic when going to bed after listening, and sometimes she even falls asleep before the end – a real result!!

Yoga Sleep for Children
Your Yoga Sleep is a perfect way of relaxing our son, either at the end of the day, or for one of those increasingly rare daytime naps. It immediately calms him as he adopts the initial pose and closes his eyes as instructed by your gentle voice. Having now had it playing quietly in his room, he knows the drill and a combination of the guided meditation and increasingly the association with bedtime means that I don’t think he’s ever managed to stay awake to the very end of it.
