In this workshop we will explore the yin energy – feminine, passive, dark – using practices and rituals to rebalance our system and to harness the potent energy. We will discuss the phases of the moon, understand the difference between the waxing and waning Moon energies, look at how to work with the phases of the Moon and how to use the energy to create.
The workshop will include Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Meditation, Restorative Yoga, exploration of Ayurvedic practices and a closing Guided Moon Meditation.
