Join us for our monthly online yoga workshop. Create some time for you, find some peace and calm, practice uplifting yoga, join us in meditation, experience deep relaxation and rest.
We will deliver a fun and explorative yoga session. Expect Kundalini yoga, yin yoga, meditation, breathwork and Yoga Nidra and a chance to connect with like minded people.

1.30pm Arrivals & getting settled for practice
1.40pm Yin Yoga
2.30pm Kundalini Yoga with meditation
3.45pm Yoga Nidra

You will receive a link to Zoom for this session, so keep an eye on your emails. The link will take you directly to the yoga workshop, you should not have to do anything else however if you have any technical queries we will assist you in advance of the retreat.
Spaces are limited so please book early to guarantee your place.

Prepare your space
Please organise a space where you can get comfortable for your yoga practice. Gather any yoga equipment you need – mat, cushions, pillows, blankets and have your herbal tea making facilities at the ready!
This workshop will be led by Jackie Dorrian and Julie Bladon. Suitable for all abilities, beginners are welcome.
