My weekly Zoom classes will focus on Mindful Yoga – a gentle practice of yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation. A balanced and grounded practice that can be done by all abilities. Helping to bring peace to the mind and body, develop a sense of self-awareness and a deeper practice.
Online yoga workshops – Create some time for you, find some peace and calm, practice uplifting yoga, meditation, experience deep relaxation and rest.
